SACRED LOTUS RESTFUL BLEND made with a powerful blend of herbs and florals that has been known to aid in sleep and anxiety. this wonderful blend is made with Blue Lotus, Valerian Root, Lavender, Lemon Balm and Passion Flower. This tea blend has 5 power house herbs that may aid in your overall health other than getting a good night's rest. Below we're going to break down some of the benefits in each herb.

BLUE EGYPTIAN LOTUS ( is also know as a Water Lily, Sacred Lily of the Nile, or Sacred Blue Lily. Egyptian Lotus has a very small risk of side effects and is not to be consumed

in large quantities. Blue Lotus can cause dizziness or nausea if consumed along side pain killers, may have adverse effects on people that are taking medications, It's always good to consult your Doctor if you have any question before consuming any herbs or florals. Recommended use: Should not be used more than 3 times a day. Blue Lotus has a slight bitterness and earthy flavor, you may want to sweeten with Honey or Sugar.
